Hello I am glad you are looking through this website, As one human being to another I believe that it is the uttermost importance that you as an individual are aware of your fundamental rights and freedoms that are available for you to stand under.
Do you know that a right is something that you can use, something you can exercise however there is no obligation. A right is there for you to use if you choose but first you must be aware of what these rights are.

Our Fundamental human rights and freedoms are present in domestic law for us to use and stand under. Canada as a state party to international law is bound to follow the rights and freedoms that are enumerated and listed in the covenants. Canada is under obligation to follow the operations of law that are present in the international covenants, they can not just ignore the obligation nor can they just limit these freedoms any way they want. There is a control medium that is governing Canada's actions.

I am glad you have read through this material up to this point. If You have understood what has been presented at this website and what is transpiring against your fundamental rights and freedoms, you will for sure have questions right about now, such as what can I do about this. While I would encourage you to continue to study and take time to learn and grow, your next step has to be a claim of recognition to change that designation (incorporated person) that you have been placed under. This is a foundational step in operating under your fundamental rights and freedoms. The state party has designated you against your will and it is up to you to take action against this. You should go here and surf this page (click here). This step is a foundational action in your personal journey for your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Same exact operation of law that is transpiring in British Columbia is transpiring in Ontario.

The life of a person (legal person) is that of control and servitude. It is obligated to exercise its civil rights and must do so through the assigned name. As a Human being I am in pursuit of happiness through my fundamental rights and freedoms, I am not trying to exercise civil rights.
