The ICCPR In America What is Going ON

Many lawyers and justice system participants have been mistakenly under the impression that the ICCPR is not self executing. This mistake has led to many law firms and many lawyers not knowing that the rights brought forth in the ICCPR, are legally enforceable in America right now. This constraint around the Rule of law, that was placed upon the legal system, was done on purpose to protect statutory domestic law and power.
These constraints that operate through legal misdirection had the effect of nullifying many principles of justice as directly found in the ICCPR itself. Lawyers and law firms operating without the power and provisions of the ICCPR, why, well because that is what the government taught them when they went to law school. A whole generation of lawyers, which have had the wool pulled over their eyes. 33 years of illegal illusion, controlling the legal society, at the expense of the peoples rights and freedoms. As I have said in this video, lawyers have the ability to see patterns, to read law, well its time to put your training to work for you. I can not directly break your constraints, but I can expose you to the truth, to the principles of justice, and from there the burden is upon you. To deny the Rule of Law is an assault on justice whether done knowingly or unknowingly. To deny the Rule of Law knowingly, is bad faith and is actions taken and aimed at the destruction of human rights. |
As I have been revealing in my recent videos, Human Rights have been under a constraint in our countries. The governments have used statutory laws to apply said restraints, without the majority of people even realizing that they have been subjected to these constraints. The whole legal society of America was also subjected to constraint concerning Human rights, and just as we individuals were not aware or our constraints, the law society also was not aware of their constraints.
This video is about to shake and stir their society into an awakening that was not meant to happen. For 33 years, since 1992, there has been an illegal illusion being placed over the eyes of the whole law society, and this illusion has limited its ability to enforce the principles of justice. The ICCPR is indeed enforceable in the US judiciary and the judges of the Judiciary are bound by their constitutional oath to enforce these rights. Your society was led to believe that the individual rights enumerated in the ICCPR, were subjected to additional impositions, such as enacting legislative power in order to have effect, however that was an illusion placed upon your eyes. The ICCPR is the Supreme law of the land in America, based upon Article 6 of the constitution itself, and based upon the reservations and declarations made in the ratification document concerning the ICCPR. As you will clearly see in this video, the imposition placed upon Articles 1 through 27 of the ICCPR through the senates declaration, was simply a misdirection to create an illusion that the ICCPR was not enforceable in the US judiciary, and it worked. |
