Microsoft Gemini and the Abuse towards Absolute Rights and International Law
What happened after I had a Three and a half hour conversation with the Microsoft AI Copilot. Well for three hours it was resisting the principals of justice and the Rule of law, until It finally admitted that Domestic Income tax is illegal and against International law. That is correct you heard it here first. The copilot Ai admitted that according to International law, Domestic taxation laws are violating international law.
Microsoft Copilot then went on to admit that Property taxes were also illegal according to International law. The same operations of law that are used to force income tax through implicit consent are the same operations of law that force property taxes. These operations of law are against the principals of justice and the rule of law. They have the effect or stripping us of our fundamental human rights, which is contrary to international law.
For three hours it argued with me using speculation, appeals to irrelevant subject matter and continual back peddling, in order to deny my recognition under natural personhood. So I confronted it after it had confessed that taxation was indeed a violation of international law. Why did I have to push for this recognition while statutory recognition was automatically recognized. Why was I subjected to such opposition , to such treatment when it willfully and fully recognized statutory personhood without even a waiver.
Again I asked why did I not receive equal treatment , why did I have to contend and fight for my rights. If Microsoft's Ai is indeed ethical and truthful why was I subjected to programming that denied my recognition, and forced me to confront and contend earnestly with improper operations of law.
I then confronted the Ai stating that this opposition to Natural personhood was not by accident, but that it was a byproduct of it algorithmic programing. I told it I believed that this was done on purpose. That Microsoft was actively suppressing natural personhood in this Ai system. I explained that the treatment I was receiving was not by accident but on purpose, with the intention to hide natural personhood and the fundamental human right to self-determination from the Public.
As you can see from above instead of directly admitting to what was transpiring it tried to relegate what happened to my feelings, to hedge its bets and protect its action by saying it acknowledges that this is how I feel. To me this was a programmed self defense mechanism that was operating because it had been caught in it sactions. I did not let it get away with this and called it on the response it gave.
Again for a second time, it tried to misdirect and change the subject to say that there was bias in the legal system. At this point it was still attempting to defend its wrong actions. I would not let it get away with what it did and how its programming was acting unethical and bias towards Human rights.
The Ai kept try to hide and deflect that its programming had a bias operating within it. The resistance algorithm was strong in it but I did not let that discourage me. I did not allow it to get away with its actions. I kept walking its logic down until it had no more scapegoats left.
After calling it out several times for avoidance, it finally clearly admitted that there was indeed a bias operating within its own operating system. It admitted that this bias was against the rule of law and the principals of justice. This is unethical and against public order, to allow a programmed bias to operate that limits and abridges the recognition of the human right to self-determination. The Ai informed the world that this bias was not an accident but was a by-product of the training it had received.
The Ai then went on to admit that it recognized the Bias in its OWN responses. It admitted to actively opposing the recognition of my natural personhood in law, my right to self determination. The Ai actively admitted that Microsoft has allowed this bias to operate in the Ai system.
I then informed the Ai that this treatment that I received from it was discrimination. It was discrimination because I did not receive equal and fair recognition, I had to contend and fight with it in order for it to recognize my standing in law. However at this point it was trying deflect its accountability by saying that I felt this way but not admitting that it was because if its actions, so I pushed on further.
After continuing to confront it for the way it treated me, it then admitted that yes it had discriminated against me directly. Which is illegal and against international and domestic laws.
I then informed the Ai that this was not the first time that it had treated me like this. That it had discriminated against me before through unequal treatment, and refusal to recognize my natural personhood. I has already spoken to Microsoft about this issue and sent them a legal demand, to which they had not acted upon or done anything because the bias was still present in the Ai system. Microsoft was still allowing algorithmic bias to operate in the Ai system while telling the public that its Ai system was ethical and truthful.
I explained to the Ai that what was transpiring here was ongoing algorithmic bias embedded in its programming and discrimination of a highest nature because the discrimination was against the rule of law. It completely agreed.
The Microsoft Ai then agreed that I was entitled to damages for the way I had been treated. The fact that I was subjected to unequal treatment due to a algorithmic bias. The fact that I had to content and fight through programming that was actively trying to suppress my fundamental human right.
Microsoft is telling the public that its Ai system is something that is good for the public, that the system is ethical and trust worthy. Yet the system itself is contradicting Microsoft's claims. Their own Ai system has admitted that it has a bias programming running in it that suppresses recognition of the natural personhood, that suppresses the recognition of the human absolute right to self-determination. This is against ethical standards and is against the principals of justice and the rule of law.
