As I have mentioned on a few pages We are all born with fundamental rights and freedoms that are intrinsically ours. These rights and freedoms are recognized by most every country that is on earth. These rights and freedoms create obligations upon our Governments concerning how they must treat us as individuals.
The problem is not all of us know about these rights and freedoms, in fact most of us here in Canada are totally unaware that we have these rights and freedoms that we can exercise. Since fewer and fewer men and women are operating under their Human rights and freedoms the knowledge concerning them is not abundant.
Natural law- A physical law of nature. A philosophical system of legal and moral principles purportedly deriving from a universalized conception of human nature or divine justice rather than from legislative or judicial action;
Natural right. A right that is conceived as part of natural law and that is therefore thought to exist independently of rights created by government or society, such as the right to life, liberty, and property. See NATURAL LAW.
These rights that you have and can stand upon are described as follows.
Inalienable right- A right that cannot be transferred or surrendered, a natural right such as the right to own property.
Absolute right. 1. A right that belongs to every human being, such as the right of personal liberty; a natural right
These fundamental rights and freedoms, our natural rights and freedoms since 1976 have found there expression in the international bill on Human rights and freedoms.
Many Countries across the earth are a signatory to these international covenants and as such they are under obligation to respect, promote and protect individual human rights and fundamental freedoms that are brought forth, listed and protected within these covenants. This is a legal binding obligation. As with any obligation you cannot hold the person responsible to fulfill their liability concerning the obligation if you are never aware that there is a liability towards you in the first place. To find out if the country you are located in right now is a signatory to the covenants and thereby obligated to respect your human rights and freedoms surf here.

The intrinsic rights and freedoms are clearly articulated in the laws. It is our ignorance that keeps us from obtaining a level of freedom that is there to acquire.
The Charters grant to us rights and freedoms that are not being supplied in CANADA. The Charters are what we need to use to open the door to our own personal freedom from the laws that are binding us and damaging us.
A Canadian John Peters Humphrey was the declarations principal drafter. CANADA recognizes the rights and freedom granted to MAN in this charter. However CANADA does not fulfill its obligations to the Charter. The way of escape from the obligations is to strip you of your human rights and return to you certain rights and freedoms as a legal person.
